Our Story
A son-in-law who fell for Chiang Mai
Khoei means son-in-law: someone not born in Chiang Mai who came to love Lanna culture, learned northern flavours around a family table and found a place at the heart of the home.
Every dish carries that respect for home cooking, from Gaeng Hung Lay and Nam Prik Noom to Ong Pu and market ingredients that change with the seasons.
